It took us an hour to drive up Vermont, 4 times longer than usual, and a good amount of road raging aggression to find a parking space but we made it in time to see the eclipse from atop the Griffith Observatory. I've never seen so many people there before so that itself was a sight to see. LA knows how to grind the living hell out of you but then somehow always redeems itself with moments like this.
