In the first 9 months after moving into my new place, I searched obsessively for a dining room rug. Inexpensive, high quality, large size, and the right colors - it was such an impossible combination that I never ended up finding it. Instead, I inherited some
FLOR tiles from my sister.
FLOR is a pretty genius idea bc you can mix and match to no end, fit virtually any space/size, and it seems like 1 rug.
I had
chartreuse and
graphite FLOR tiles, from
CB2, and they look great with the color of my floors. But... it seemed a little short for the dining area, so I bought 4 more tiles.

[Fits just right] |
Now maybe I should get started on finishing up the rest of the dining room so I don't have to crop out the embarrassing messes...
